The refining segment operates refineries in El Paso, Gallup, New Mexico and St. Paul Park, Minnesota. The retail segment includes retail service stations and convenience stores, and unmanned fleet fueling locations in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The Training Document Coordinator is responsible for support and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS). This position is salaried non-exempt and reports to the Human Resources Director at St. Paul Park Refining Co. LLC, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support to local users, maintaining electronic training records, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Manage the Learning Management System by publishing courses, integrating course material and tests, maintain training assignments and sending student notifications.
Provide standard and customized reports, regularly scheduled communications to employees, and centralized LMS support and services to trainers and students across the organization.
Monitor job changes to ensure accurate training plans and appropriate timeline of training due as defined by company and regulatory standards for newly created job titles, new hires, transfers, and promoted employees.
Schedule classroom and hands-on training in cooperation with various departments.
Maintain and update employee training records in LMS.
Assisting Safety, Environmental, PSM and HR professionals' deliver training, documentation, and complete requirements effectively and efficiently to meet all company and regulatory standards.
Provide LMS training and support to local users and super-users.
Other duties as assigned.
1 - 3 years of relevant work experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or Learning Management System (LMS).
Experiencewith a Virtual Training Administrator (VTA) program.
Highly detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis.
